However once your order has shipped —tailored in both size and color specifically for you— we no longer accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. Once your order is placed, we will process and mail your decal(s) within 1-3 days. Most orders take 3 to 10 business days to arrive and 7 to 18 business days internationally. An email will be sent to you once your order is mailed.

Shipping is $2 for 2 - 10 business days or $5.50 for 3 - 5 business days with tracking. $7.00 for internationally 7- 18 business days. Price for shipping on custom orders and decals over 10" may vary. Please note that our Free Shipping on orders $15 or more does not apply to Custom Orders.

No! We are located in Queens, New York. We provide custom vinyl decaling services to all of the 5 boroughs of NYC as well as  Nassau, and Suffolk County of Long Island. If you need your order sooner we may be able to provide pick up (free) or  hand delivery (additional fee).

Yes, but please email us as soon as possible with the changes. As long as we haven't prepared your order it should be fine! Make sure the subject line says “ORDER CHANGE”. You do have the option of ordering a new decal with your changes applied if it is too late to make the changes, but you will receive and be charged for both decals.

We are able to manufacture decals as small as 1.5"x1.5" and as large as 23” x 50".

No, if you try to take off the decal, it probably won't come off all in one piece. So, it's best to be really careful about where you choose to put it!

The longevity of vinyl decals varies significantly based on their application location and color. Our decals are designed to be highly durable. For example, when applied to the rear glass window of a car, decals in regular colors can last up to 8 years, demonstrating excellent resilience if taken care of properly. It's important to note that the lifespan also varies with color options: Oil Slick, Holographic, and Opal colors last between 3 to 5 years, while Reflective decals can last up to 7 years.

Absolutely! Our decals have actually been through a few car washes and turned out just fine! However, we recommend that you wait at least 96 hours after you first apply your decal to allow for proper adhesion.

Yes, you can, however when removed, there is a chance of a tan line. Since car paint can fade slightly in sunlight, the area around where the decal was covering may look slightly lighter. Our reflective decals, due to its adherence nature can leave a residue that can easily be removed with a product like 3M Adhesive Remover.

The price depends on the design, size and quantity you want. When we calculate our price, we take into account; design labor, size, colors wanted, and materials. Once we receive your order, we will email you back with an estimate that also includes shipping. If you are content with the price, an invoice via Paypal will be sent. Once the invoice is paid, we get to work! 

It depends on the nature of the order. If we are using a Logo you sent us, it should take about one to five days to get ready to print. If we are drawing one for you it can take up to a week to get ready to produce. Every order is different.

Yes! We will have our designer digitize it for you and send it to you for your approval. If you don’t like it please let us know!

We pride ourselves on our ability to work with artwork from less-than-ideal files, but we kindly ask that you refrain from testing our limits with images that are excessively pixelated to the point of being unrecognizable. If you have a vectored file, even better! Send us the image in .gif, .jpeg, .pdf, .tif or .bmp only to custom@modifiedsix.com .
